Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Mansfield students have the opportunity to attend the Western Arkansas Technical Center (WATC) on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. Students can choose from one of 14 vocational concentrations in health, automotive, criminal justice, and other career areas.
