I have one motto when it comes to being a successful coach. Practice, practice, and practice. During the season I will help my players understand that accepting failure is never an option. Instead, if we fail as a team we will work hard day in and day out to fix what we have failed at. I am not one to say winning is everything; however, I believe we should strive for greatness and in this world winning is one of the greatest feelings that I have felt. I look forward to teaching my players and watching them grown into young adults.
