This is my first year at Mansfield High School. I teach 9^th and 10^th grade English. 

I landed in Teaching in 2014. I was working as a Mental Health Para Pro at Valley Behavioral Health. As an educator, I found my true calling. It propelled me into teaching and working with students. I love kids, that is why I went into teaching and ultimately it is why I have stayed. The last couple of years I worked in Preschool TDT. My background is in Special Education. I have taught a variety of students.Right now I am teaching HIgh School English. What has impacted my teaching the most, besides the students is education, mentors, and administration. I am very excited to be apart of the Mansfield team. Go Tigers!

I am single, my daughter is 22 and I have a grandbaby that is 18 months. My daughter is attending UAFS as an Art Major and the baby is the boss. 

I am a guitar player and singersong writer. I’ve been playing over 20 years. Its my favorite hobby. Yes, I do play live and have played the local radio station in Fort Smith. I also, enjoy movies, books, and I am an art collector.
