Mansfield Middle School Receives High Praise From The Office For Education Policy
 
On December 5, 2018 the Office for Education Policy released academic research findings for educators, policymakers, and other stakeholders around Arkansas. The OEP annually highlights excellent schools around the state with Outstanding Educational Performance Awards. In this recent report the OEP Awards were given to the schools in Arkansas that have high levels of student growth while serving a high percentage of low-income students. To determine the awards, the Office for Educational Policy used the 2018 ACT Aspire scores.
 
In the category "Middle Schools Beating the Odds", the Top Ten "High-Poverty" Middle Schools in Arkansas based on Overall ACT Aspire Growth in Mathematematics and English Language Arts combined – Mansfield Middle School was listed as number ten.
 
In the category "Middle Schools Beating the Odds", the Top Ten "High-Poverty" Middle Schools in Arkansas based on ACT Aspire Math Growth - Mansfield Middle School was listed as number two.
 
In the category 'Middle Schools Beating the Odds" the Top 5 "High-Poverty" Middle Schools in the Northwest Region based on Math ACT Aspire Growth - Mansfield Middle School was listed as number one.
